The Qirex Speed is a ship featured in Wipeout 2048. It is one of the more popular ships for Online mode due to its decent Handling rating, which accompanies its high Speed rating.
Description
While maintaining the heavy chassis and the benefits of sturdiness and aggression that go along with it, Qirex have managed to produce a more speedy variant of their typical bulky ships.
Overview
The Qirex Speed is not as fast as the Pir-hana Speed, but when it comes to tight corners, the Qirex Speed sure wins on that round. This makes this ship a good all-rounder, although you may consider learning to use airbrakes before jumping into this ship, since its handling is not quite up to the standards of the FEISAR Speed. One more thing to note, unlike other Speed ships, its Firepower is somehow as powerful as those of the Fighter ships, considering Qirex is an aggressive team, excelling in Firepower.
