Moa Therma is a racetrack located on the artificial islands off the coasts of Sicily. It was first introduced in Wipeout Pulse, and reappeared in Wipeout HD. It is also one of the five locations appearing in Wipeout Merge.

Description[]

Moa Therma was built on a chain of artificial islands on the Mediterranean Sea. It is one of the fastest tracks in Wipeout Pulse, with two high-speed Mag-Strip sections, but also a couple of tricky banked hairpins. On the White Run at the faster speed classes, be cautious when approaching the second hairpin after exiting the wavy Mag-Strip section.

Landmarks[]

01 Hotel[]

This high rise hotel is located on the inside of the first hairpin on the track, just before the Serptel Overpass. From the top, you get a good view over the Moa Therma complex, including what appears to be an Iota Telecommunications office.

Serptel Overpass[]

(Also known as the Syncro Logistics Dynamo) This horizontal loop serves as the main source of electricity for the residence of Moa Therma. To the pilot's point of view, this is a good area to get the occasional attack on unsuspecting pilots. Be careful though as this section narrows at certain points.

Corig Island[]

Corig Island appears to be a man-made island situated to the left of the approach to the back mag-strip. It appears to have been built or be owned by the +01 Corp.

Arial Tower[]

Arial Tower appears to be the headquarters of the Arial Corporation at Moa Therma. This structure would greet the pilots finishing the back Mag-Strip and are approaching the final hairpin which would lead them to the pit straight.
