The F7200 Drag Prototype is a ship featured in the Japanese version of Wipeout 3 and the Special Edition.
Overview[]
A special prototype AG racer that is believed to be faster than anything ever seen on the AG circuit. Only the most experienced and competent pilots from the competing teams could pilot such a craft. This craft is statistically identical to that of Auricom, with the exception of its Speed stat rating, which has been turned up to 10 (for reference, Icaras' Speed rating is 5).
However, this craft can only be used on the prototype circuits it was designed for and is therefore not available for general use on any other racetrack. Plus, it cannot be used against any other craft as you will always race against a full grid of other Drag Prototypes.

- This ship may likely be the precursor to every team having a Zone ship in Pulse and later titles.
- Because of the tracks this ship was designed to race on, it may be likely that it is a special oval racer.
- The design of this ship is similar to the Icaras. On closer inspection, even the ship's shadow is very identical to that of the Icaras.
