2nd Skin is a company that is featured in Wipeout HD. They appear to be an international fashion house owned by the +01 Corporation.
They are well known from their panda head logo. A helmet resembling this logo can be obtained through the Logo Hunt minigame of the Wipeout Museum, accessible through the PlayStation Home.
They are one of the main sponsors of Mirage.
